Aaron Thompson Death, A Cherished Member Of The Ramblers Has Passed Away

Aaron Thompson Obituary, Death – We regret to notify you of the sudden passing of our club member Aaron Thompson, who was known to many as Horse. His passing came as a complete and total surprise. The feelings of sorrow and sadness are overwhelming our hearts. Aaron was a member of the Ramblers who was devoted, respected, and greatly valued by his fellow members.

In addition to serving as a member of the committee and the current coach of the U15 girls, he has represented the club in a variety of capacities, including playing, coaching, and umpiring. Additionally, he was always cheering on the sidelines, which is something that should not be overlooked. The previous 22 years were spent by Aaron as a proud teammate and Ramblers guy. In 2002, Aaron made his way to Ramblers after spending those years.

Aaron left his hometown in the Wellington region and moved to Auckland, where he played for Northcote for a few seasons. He was originally from the Wellington area. Following that, he arrived at Ramblers and stayed there. The two children that Aaron had, Sam, who was thirteen years old, and Georgia, who was twelve years old, were the recipients of Aaron’s undivided attention and pride.

He took tremendous delight in seeing his children achieve success, and with the help of their mother Emma, they are following in their father’s footsteps, which were extremely successful both on and off the baseball diamond. He was a baseball player.
Six New Zealand Club Nationals were won by Aaron while he was representing the Ramblers.  During this trying time, our thoughts and condolences are with his family, friends, and fellow softball players.
